The DAB S4-1 is a 4" (100 mm) multistage submersible borehole pump end from DAB, one of Europe's leading pump manufacturers. It sits down inside your borehole and lifts clean water reliably to the surface, making it well suited to domestic water supply, garden and irrigation duty.

This is the wet end (pump end) only — it couples to a matching 4" submersible motor (sold separately) to form a complete borehole pump set.

How to choose your model

Every S4-1 delivers a similar flow — up to about 1 500 litres per hour (1.5 m³/h). What changes between models is the number of pump stages: more stages produce more head, so the pump can lift water from a deeper borehole. Pick the model that matches how deep your water sits:

All S4-1 models share a 32 mm (1¼") stainless-steel discharge and abrasion-resistant floating impellers. The head figures above are shut-off (zero-flow) maximums; actual delivery drops as flow rises, so ask us for the full performance curve if you're sizing to a specific duty point.
